This website is operated by Van Haalen Detailhandel B.V., trading as Birdfz, a company registered under Dutch law with its registered office at Julianaplein 174, 6641CT Beuningen, Netherlands, and listed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 99139162 ("Birdfz", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the website, these terms refer to Birdfz. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available on it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
SECTION 1: WEBSITE USE
By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, or policies referenced here or available via hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and content contributors. SECTION 2: ORDERS AND PRICES
All prices shown on the website are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case we will inform you and refund any amount already paid.
SECTION 3: PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of ordering. All payments are handled through secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your full payment details on our own servers.
SECTION 4: SHIPPING
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment locations in Germany or France, depending on stock and product availability.
We offer two shipping options:
Standard shipping (free): delivery within 4 to 5 business days.
Express shipping (4.95 euros): delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order is dispatched, not the moment it is placed. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.
SECTION 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@birdfz.com before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging where reasonably possible, and in a condition that allows us to resell them. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
SECTION 6: WARRANTY
All products sold on this website are covered by the statutory warranty rights available to consumers under Dutch and EU law. This means products must be as described, fit for their intended purpose, and free from defects at the time of delivery. If a product does not meet these requirements, please contact us at support@birdfz.com so we can offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
SECTION 7: USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
